  2. Author revisions based on evaluation
  3. Editing and/or copyediting
  4. Author query resolution
  5. Copyedit author revisions
  6. Manuscript prepared for design and typesetting
  7. Front cover design
  8. Interior book design and page layout, including image placement and optimization, and custom typographical elements
  9. Proofreading and author review
  10. Proofreader’s and author’s corrections combined, entered by the typesetter, and verified by author/proofreader
  11. Indexing, if any
  12. Back cover creation
  13. ISBN purchase and retail pricing
  14. Barcode creation
  15. Print-ready cover and interior files prepared and uploaded to printer
  16. Ebook formatting performed and uploaded
  17. Business cards and other print promotional materials, as needed
  18. Graphics and content for author website, as needed
  19. Sell sheet preparation
